I saw those cookies advertised in WW magazine and I was curious. So you can eat stuff - but just not a lot of it.....right? Why would the diet cookie be a bad choice? I am genuinely curious.

for me, it's a bad choice because it does not offer any nutritional value. However, they are a better choice than one of mom's homemade cookies because they have less fat and less sugar. I think each one had 7g of sugar per cookie, and 65 calories. Significantly better than a Chips Ahoy cookie, but my food intake is made up of high protein, low/no carbs. I was actually a little concerned that "real" sugar would make me sick, but again, this was a pretty low amount.

If you anyone is going to have a cookie, this is a better choice. I know that I shouldn't even have a cookie, but hey, I ignored my mom's cookies the day before, so why not try a "not so bad for me" cookie?
