I'm not sure if it's got a formal title, but it's a John/Teyla series by artaxastra and it starts here and here's the most recent entry, which has links to all the stories. It's beautifully written and not easy and they're flawed and wonderful and it starts in season 1 and she's just at the part where Teyla is trapped on Michael's trip. The story weaves in
