I may not get up for awhile. It's so cozy here. And I slept really oddly at Mom's. Well, for the most part, but the last couple of nights Jeff was tossing and turning, and I felt every twitch. That just doesn't happen on a memory foam mattress.
OMG, you have no idea. I mean, he sleeps like a freaking log, most of the time, but then occasionally does this twitching thing that are not even full twitches, but a little series of the bodily equivalent of the noises you make before you sneeze and then don't, so I'm always wait for the big flail, which comes when I've given up entirely. Of course.
I simply do not know how to even begin catching up on eleven days of LJ
You don't. You throw your hands up in the air, post something along the lines of "If anything major happened in your life, let me know!" and then take it as a sign it's time for a fresh start. At least, that's what a sane person would do. I find that going through your flist using the date function is the most effective way of making sure you don't miss anything. (The most I've ever missed was 9, but it still took forever to catch up.)

Also, wow, I'd forgotten how lovely it is to sleep in my own bed.
I only spent one night at my brother's and still, sleeping in my own bed was like a gift from god.

I can't imagine Jeff is the calmest of sleepers with even the best circumstances.

Glad you are home! I did eventually respond to your comment - have been bogged down in illness for the last month.
