Sounds like a new measure, as I haven't encountered that. Yet?

I've seen it before. The thing is, we're all logged in almost all the time, and I imagine we all have cookies keeping us logged in as well.

But when you make a post while not logged in, it does nag you occasionally. I know I've seen it before, and it's long enough ago that I don't remember when, which means some time over a week ago. :-)

I logged in to post from PreZ's office on wednesday, and it never nagged me... and I never get it to set any cookies at his office, and I've logged in and posted numerous times without it nagging me.

It's probably random, though. They might roll a d1000 and only show the display if you get the 1. *shrugs*
