Last time at the third Devivio house in the rotation, Gibson and Kay were super social. Gibson took advantage of having "cool" parents and often spent late nights out with his group of friends. Hi there! :) I found your blog through the interests feed for Sims 2. I've never seen the LTW of having six pets reach TOC, before. It looks like fun! (I like Sims 2 pets, but I'm not keen on the pet-related LTWs, either.) I like Carla's flower shop -- congrats on reaching level 8! And Kay grew into a pretty teen. I'm surprized that Gibson has time to worry about his little sister, since he has such an active social life of his own. I like the photo of the cat sleeping on Kay's unmade bed -- it looks so realistic. And the picture of Remington and the Securitybot made me laugh! :D

Thanks for reading! If you're feeling ambitious (or really really bored) you can read from the beginning at my blogger but I've been at this for a while so I don't realistically expect people actually look at the previous rounds :p

This family is fun, Carla has always been one of my favorite sims (she was a CAS child when I first started the challenge). Gibson and Kay have always been close, I figure it's realistic that Gibson would want to look after his baby sister, although he'll have quite a good time at uni I'm sure! I love that pic of the cat on Kay's bed too :) The 6 pet TOC's LTW is very difficult because each pet requires a lot of training... having an elder and a bigfoot in the house helps though... and I'm SOOOOO CLOSE!

Thanks for the link to Blogger! I'm always happy to find new Sims stories to read, especially when they're written as commentary. Now all I have to do is find the time to read! ;)

I'm currently working on a pet LTW, myself: "Be best friends with 20 pets." I don't think there are that many pets in my whole 'hood! I'll gladly swap you for "6 pets TOC." :D

Lol! I have a sim that has the 20 pet best friends LTW too i'm definitely not looking forward to it maybe I'll reroll them in college...

Such a fun update! I've never really played around with pets, so I guess I don't like it too much either! I always tend to forget that my sims can even have pets! I'm not sure I've ever had a sim with a pet cat. Kay turned out to be gorgeous! I love that hair-do you put on her. She's adorable! Can't wait to see Gibson in college!

Cats are a lot easier than dogs because they don't require bathing. Just like real life, sim cats tend to take care of themselves as long as you keep their food full and give them some love once in a while. The hair I put on Kay is one of my favorite hairs, I think it's a retexture by Peach-T on her old blog here but it's on my to-do list to retexture in Pooklet's new spectrum also. I can't wait to see Gibson in college too... he has a hard decision to make when it comes to the ladies!

I'm almost there... the two youngest cats have all the training they need for their respective careers, they just need to get the promotions (and I need to cross my fingers that I don't make any bad chance card choices which will cause them to get fired!) It's not too bad, just time consuming since training takes so long.
