I was concerned about Historic Hurricane Hilary, but it wasn't bad at all.   It was nice, actually.    It reminded me of Mexican summer rains.   It was hot and humid.  We opened all our windows to fully appreciate the petrichor.

I understand all the hype and excitement that preceded it, we have never had a hurricane in Los Angeles that we know of
