I was reminded of the Irish blessing yesterday as we helped our daughter move into her dorm suite

ah, but look on the bright side:

--your daughter worked hard and got into college.
--you had the resources and ability to help her move in on her first day.
--it wasn't horribly cold where your face was getting windburned, or worse, gangrene!
--you are a proud homeowner with a car AND things to put in/out of your car.
--there's always a beauty cream to soothe those aching palms!
