So, I've been having these wierd symptoms since April. Then tonight I finally got fed up withn not runnning for 2 months and I went for a jog for almost 20 minutes. I stopped when my heart rate started to go over 160 (thanks to a coworker's heart rate monitor). But, after the run I felt fine. Tired and sore and a little shaky, but no dizziness ( Read more... )

Well, apparently my stress isn't as low as I thought. Yesterday, I couldn't even breath enough to walk around my field. What did the ER doctor say? It's stress. And, I got an echocardiogram, finally. However, the appointment to get that discussed will cost about $200. Oh, and insurance won't cover it b/c I could go back to MA for the same ( Read more... )
