Bouncing in my seat

I swung by to chat with Lynn during my lunch hour about my tattoo idea. She totally *got* what I wanted from what I had sketched out and I'm going in Sunday. Wooooooooooo!

I can't believe it's been two years. No wonder I'm itching for it so badly.

Yeah! That's a great feeling to have someone understand an idea that you only have in your head. I can't wait to see it!

I had it drawn out but she was like "how about we change this here and stretch it there?" And she totally made it more like what I wanted than I was even able to draw. I suppose that's why she's an artist and I'm not. :P

Yes, the left arm will be like a beautiful cathedral. It will all make sense in the end.

It can be difficult to communicate your vision to someone else. As long as you don't settle you'll find the right person.

I will be sure to get photographic evidence.

My next one is going to be my first black ink tattoo and my first Chad tattoo! I am gonna get me some crown (like his wedding ring) somewhere. I wonder where.

I am looking at my arms as I type but I can't figure out where to put it :( Left arm might be the wise choice, but I kind of wanted to leave that arm alone. Grrr.

It's going to look like a rose window in a cathedral. Eventually I plan to get some arched panels beneath it, then maybe fill in around with stone work or something.
