Maybe I am just old at 38, but why do these kids straight out of university, with no real work experience, seem so cocky and think they know everything about the job they've been doing for 2 months when I have been doing it for 10 years and still don't know it all? AND they

Seriously, who do these kids think they are? And I applied for a promotion to be a manager... not sure if that was the right decision.
