hrm it really do depends. like how you value the "______ship". then from there i guess if the person really matter to you, it'll be great to talk over it. i believe whoever that is he/she would understand the fact that you're talking about it because you're really concerned about he/she. yupp. don't fret, things would be fine when the time comes. :)

applies to different ppl i guess. i'm not saying it's easy becos human relationships is complicated right from the start. i've come across cases like this and i think it's best to talk it out b4 it gets worst. don't let it bother you if the person is unhappy that you're talking abt it.let the person know where you're coming from. i think that justifies all..

yea... thats the ideal situation...
but in HR.... A+B doesnt always give u C...

its the unknown outcome thats so scary...

it depends on what your relationship to that person is. if he is my colleague, i will try to make my point subtly without jeopardising our working relationship. if he's my friend, i will tell him point blank what i feel. if the other party takes offense, it means we don't understand each other enough to be friends, so be it. that's why i don't have many friends. if he's my partner, i'll take great pains to explain it to him and understand his point of view. :)
