ok...so not the clock...but the smoke alarm is about 30 seconds from being torn off the wall.....if it beeps one more time......cept i cant reach it, so that kinda sucks for me. anyway ( Read more... )

I don't know this Shannon. But I know the weird out-of-place feeling (like randomly running into a college friend on another continent). Glad things are good with Brooke (and that Emi's cute). You'd better have taken pictures! By the way, I managed to pull a muscle in my GOOD leg (I think jumping with babies), so no running this weekend. I limp on both legs now, very hot.

she was the head of store at copley..........you might not have seen her though, i dont think she came to our store much.

yeah....no running for me this weekend as i seem to have come down with the flu.......and limping on both legs IS hot....kind of like me after i finished the marathon.....

Oh yeah, and there was a dying smoke detector in the attic of my house my senior year at Oberlin. The attic, of course, was right next to my room and, of course, filled with so much junk from years of previous dirty hippie tenants that I couldn't find the damn thing the whole year. It was so faint that I sometimes couldn't hear it at all and I'd forget about it or think it had finally died, but then late at night, usually when I needed sleep most desperately, THEN it would come back to torment me. I feel you on the smoke detector.

yep pretty much......i havent really heard it when ive been sleeping......except of course when im sick....and NEED to sleep.....
