Well, I've been doing really well this past week, after a rocky and emotional couple of weeks. It was so hard to get sorted regarding what I needed to do, and how to best go about doing it. But, with all of the tons of advice coming my way, I took a bit from everyone and created something doable for me, and it worked! Trying to split my meals
