I woke up this morning it started out like an average day. I put on the standard, business casual brown tweed pants, a button down, brown heels.I idiotically forgot a coat so I only had my scarf to protect me from the cold wind. Yes, everything seemed normal as I made my way to the metro. I always feel bad for the guys handing out free Washington
