Here we go with another "what I've been working on" post. But all is going well enough here, I've been a bit overwhelmed, but it will pass. In the meantime, pretty pictures....

What are they? I am wonderfully curious! :D

They're acrylic 'paintings' on paper. I'm doing layer upon layer of calligraphy using gesso, gouache and acrylic paints. If you're asking about the text, it's the Psalms.

Sorry, no cookie! It's actually calligraphy/painting on gessoed paper.

I agree with insane, like many calligraphers. Ah, my eyes are burning from just the thought. Beautiful, stunning work!
