This isn't mean to be a dis on your spelling, but are you doing mediation sessions or meditation sessions?

I don't know your landlord, but I imagine mediation involving some white beardy dude complaining about music being too loud.

I love meditation, but I tend to fall asleep half way into it. I think that means I'm doing it wrong.
