Reducing the gut size is simple (and it's working for us). Move more, eat less.
It doesn't require hours at the gym or a puritanical diet, merely a brisk walk and making more sensible food choices particularly when it comes to portion size.
I actually enjoy the gym when I get into the routine, it's getting into the routine that's the trick :) Portion control definitely works but unfortunately that takes will power - now where can I get me some of that?
