You should have replied. "I have a word for you. No, actually I have TWO WORDS for you!"

thats AWESOME! i didn't even think of doin that. might have pissed her off more but would have totaly been worth it. plus send a carbon copy to everyone else in my department so they can all see how stupid she is..lol
