crippled again

this morning i woke up around 530am and heard my alarm blaring away. i went to reach behind me to turn it off and when i did, the left side of my groin and hip hurt so bad. Im pretty sure its arthritis again. Havent had the confirmation yet cause my normal arthritis doc didn't want to see me anymore... cause he wants to act like a 5 year old
