Thank you, canon, for giving me a Soma episode more or less so early in the season ;o;b
Soma and Allelujah meet face to face for the first time in 14 years or so in the high security prison he was being kept at for four years. Despite Allelujah's joy at seeing her again (and calling her by her real name)... She doesn't remember him.
Soma: 'He's not affected by my quantum brainwaves. Based on reports, it's due to head injuries, but...'
Allelujah: "Marie."
Allelujah: "We finally meet. You're alive after all. Marie."
Soma: "Marie?"
Allelujah: "It's me! The one who always talked to you back at Home, Allelujah!"
Soma: "My name is not Marie!"
Allelujah: "No, you are Marie."
Soma then contacts Sergei to ask about whether name "Marie" exists in the files confiscated from the Human Enhancement Agency. Sergei doesn't know.
After Allelujah is freed by his teammate, Soma intercepts his escape.
Allelujah: "Marie."
Soma: "That is not my name!"
Allelujah: "No, that is your real name."
Allelujah: "Marie. Marie Perfacy."
The full name triggers one of the more disturbing flashbacks so far.
A very reluctant Allelujah ends up escaping, but also vows to come back and get Marie.
There are theories at /m/ and elsewhere that the Soma Peries personality has been the fake one all along, which would be fascinating to play with in the times to come, should that be true.
