So, evidently one of my old college friends (Brian Ferrasci O'Malley) is in town today, interviewing for a job about 5 minutes away from where I live. He just gave me a call to see if I wanted to meet for coffee, and to let me know that they offered him the job, and he's thinking very seriously about taking it. That would be really, really cool.

I don't have to work again for nearly 2 weeks. HOORAY!

I'm fighting off a cold today, and this has made me tired, grumpy and very irritable. But I just looked at my calendar, and realized that three weeks from today will be my last day before a full 11 days off, my first lengthy vacation since last Christmas. That made me feel a lot better.

Nick Lachey bought the Tacoma Rainiers (The Mariners AAA team, for those not in the know)! Oh man, next season is gonna be reeeeeeeeaaaaaaal interesting.

I'm so HAPPY

As most people who know me know, I am a freaking Christmas addict.  I love the music, movies, decorations and lights.  So today (as the official start of the Christmas season)  was a joyous occasion for me, getting my fix after 11 months of waiting.
