Background info on your character:
Many years prior to the actual events that occur in Persona 3, a group of scientists together with the leader of the Kirijo Group, Kouetsu Kirijo researched about many things that could bring death to all humanity. They studied these strange creatures called Shadows, which feed onto the mind of their victim, leaving the victims senseless, like a zombie. During their research, they discovered that there are twelve special types of Shadows which come out during the full moon. They also found out that these special kinds of Shadows, once brought together would summon the one of the Death Arcana, which would result to the summoning of Nyx, the one powerful enough to end all. Unfortunately, while conducting further research, the Shadows became more powerful than normal, escaped and created havoc. Due to this incident, an explosion occurred, leaving no traces of the research, or the people involved in it. At the same time, this explosion also created the Dark Hour.
The Dark Hour is an hour that takes place between one day and the other. It begins every night, at 12am. BUT THAT'S IN PORT ISLAND. Over yonder at the small rural town that has a giant department store called Junes, aka Inaba, it's totally different. Whenever it is raining, a special TV show called the Midnight Channel shows up! Rumor has it, that if you watch it on a rainy midnight, your soulmate will appear! ONLY. That didn't really work for the main character (who I will be referring to as Soji from here on in). Instead of seeing his soulmate, he found out that he could enter the tv. Also it doesn't really help if your soulmate is the same as Yosuke and Chie's. :(
Soji tells Yosuke and Chie about the whole putting his head inside the tv thing but they wouldn't believe him XO Stuff happens in Junes and him and Yosuke go inside the tv world. :OO So hypnotizing. Inside the TV world, they meet Teddie! Only Teddie is kind of WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO MY HOME :OOO SO YOU'RE THE ONE WHO'S BEEN MAKING ALL THIS NOISE AND SENDING PEOPLE HERE AND 8OOOOOOO In fact, he even wanted Soji and Yosuke to leave since baw my peace has been disrupted.
But uh, things happen and they all come back :( Soji then makes a promise to Teddie that they will prove that they aren't the ones who were sending people into the TV world. So yay. Teddie helps out in their quest to find CAPTAIN PLANET-- um, the person responsible for the whole thing, as well as the kidnappings, murders and all that. So anyway, SAVE YUKIKO, SAVE THE WORLD. Teddie plans on scoring with Yukiko and Chie \o/ But that's not the end of it since durhur more kidnappings! There's saving Kanji in the very scary and homosexual sauna (I HAVE NOT BEEN WAITING FOR THIS) and then there's saving Rise! Only snap apparently they cannot bear Rise's shadow OOH NOO so Teddie comes to the rescue! But he gets flattened and SADNESS since he didn't want to be a nuisance to everyone and HE IS TEDDIE. Also surpraiz scary Teddie shadow. It's very big and scary and hollow and baw basically Teddie's worst fear.
After Teddie's shadow is defeated, some stuff happens, blah blah sappy events and Teddie gets his own Persona 8O! He also promises that he will work hard and stuff ONE TWO PUSH-UPS TIEM. But uh, later on, Teddie comes back! And comes out of the TV too! It was actually a big commotion in Junes since there was a giant red ball of teddie walking around and possibly being a fag on one of the vibrating chairs on display ;w; Yosuke and the others find him and they all head over to the special headquarters! And it was so hot at that time that Teddie wanted to take his suit off! But Yosuke told him not to since lol when Yosuke took his head off the first time it was very hollow and there was nothing in it :( So lol, wouldn't want to make a commotion in Junes with lots of kids out there and stuff ;w; BUT TEDDIE PERSISTS. And look he totally grew a body during the time Soji and the others didn't visit him ;w;
NOW BEGINS TEDDIE'S ADVENTURES IN THE HUMAN WORLD \o/! Also back in the TV world. Teddie also stops being a support member of the team once he gets his Persona, since Rise takes over his job \o/ Teddie from there on out becomes an active member in battle and stuff like that. BEARSONA! TOH! One adventure in the human world he had was the one during the field trip to Port Island \o/!! Soji is a ho and left Teddie in the TV world so he decided to follow them by using the money he earned from working in Junes to ride a VERY SLOW TRAIN just so he can be with the rest of the Mystery Inc. :( And his hard work did not end in vain! He did a lot of things with the Mystery Inc. and he even got his first kiss \o/!!! Er, only it was with Kanji so that did not turn out so well. OR DID IT?!
Stuff about saving Naoto goes here but that's a bit irrelevant since that doesn't cover a lot of Teddie info. :( But uh, after the whole saving thing Naoto has everyone checked up in the hospital \o/! The doctors pretty much say that Teddie is weird YET perfectly normal so WHAT'S UP WITH THAT and NAOTO WHY ARE YOUR BOOBS BIG this was not as planned. Things go back to "normal" after that and stuff, but Soji suddenly receives a letter from an anony saying that he should stop rescuing people from the TV world \o/ Of course, he discusses this with the rest of the Mystery Inc. BUT NOT FOR LONG BECAUSE WE HAVE A CULTURAL FESTIVAL COMING UP SOON! There was even a cross-dressing pageant and all the guys in Mystery Inc. joined! Even Teddie. Because Yosuke is his hero and signed him up as a last minute entry. Naoto dresses him up, yaaay. And. Er, Teddie-chan merrily skips on stage and pretty much wins the competition :( After the cultural festival, they all celebrate at the Amagi Inn! Teddie gets so excited about the whole bathing in the same place with everyone ;w; Only he was referring to a bath house and not the hot springs BUT IT WAS OKAY Teddie was having fun with Sensei ;w;
The fun was only for a short while since it was pretty much all AAAH WHAT IS MY EXISTENCE, WHY DO I EXIST, OH NANAKO NO, OH DOJIMA-SAN NO, OH NAMATAME NO, I FINALLY KNOW WHAT I AM, OH NANAKO YES, NEW PERSONA GET! Basically it's a good end for everyone and Teddie found out what he really is ;w; He is a shadow who got human emotions but then humans =/= shadows and Teddie didn't like that :( And he wanted to be acceptable to everyone which was why is took a different form aka bear costume thingy ;w; I'M GLAD I MET YOU SENSEI. SENSEI I WILL PROTECT THE TV WORLD.
Onto personality! Teddie is... quite eccentric. He pretty much likes to do things that people don't or, well, just weird things. 8| BUT THEN AGAIN, it would be weird for others and normal for Teddie since what is living in the human world D8 But well, putting aside his... weirdness, Teddie is very, very cheerful. He likes having people around too so friendship = makes Teddie v. v. happy. Especially human friends who show him around. BLESS YOU, SENSEI. ALSO GIRLS. Teddie loev girls longtime ;w; He would like to score with them someday *__* Teddie isn't really that retarded though XO He may be quite O_O at times but when it's time for some serious business, Teddie will quit with the jokes and stuff.

I didn't think that there was a beach section in Junes! Heehee, they're all going to be surprised when they go back into my world! It will be beary beautiful! I'll make a bath house that's better than Kanji's! His was really scary, and it was screaming "TEDDIE I WOULD LIKE TO TOUCH YOUR MAJESTIC FUR IN VARIOUS PLACES"! Ooh, a very, very, bear-y innocent bear like me couldn't possibly handle that kind of torture! Ooooh Kanji, you horrible fiend!
Sensei, I can feel you in my heart! You're telling me to make the best bath house in the entire world! There should only be one hot spring in the bath house and the ladies and manly men like me (Kanji not included) have to use it at the same time! Heeheehee, we're all going to score! Not just Teddie! We can even call it "The King's Bath House"! There will be a big banner just for it! The tagline can even be "It's the most sensei-tional bath house, you can't bear to not be naked!" I thought of it myself!
Oh right! And for our Operation Sneak Attack, I thought of the best plan! I even made new glasses with a tube on it and we can breathe underwater! With those glasses, we'll commence our sneak attack! Aren't you excited, Sensei!? I'll have to tell Yosuke and Kanji about it too! I'm going to be a beary busy bear from now on.
