dried beans - crockpot/soak is the easiest way to cook 'em, but you have to boil red kidney beans in a pot after, because they have a toxin and slow cooking doesn't kill it.

Second mac & cheese, oh yes. Today would have been a good day for it. (The secret? Dry mustard. Just a touch.)

Damn, I miss my crockpot.
