AS FAR AS WE KNOW the Baccano Immortals are immune, because anything wrong with their bodies automatically goes back to how it was. SO THAT'S AN IMMUNE FOR FIRO AND LUCK

Hellboy is immune to anything that isn't a magical disease. Castor ...I don't think he has much of a metabolism to be infected anymore. I'm not sure he does anything normal besides eat and sometimes sleep any more. Nita...might try and be jesus-y with forcefields uh--how about we talk if it comes up?

Honestly, the manga's still new and only 18 chapters long so far, so there's lots about the origin of the disease we still don't know. It could have been brewed in a lab or it could even be magical, and I am waiting for a jossing |D. So better not to risk it.
