The first time I saw him, he was standing near the bird bath, staring at it for a few minutes, mind completely blank, and face completely sad. I couldn’t ask what’s wrong with him. Not that I’m scared, but there was something, something that’s stopping me from asking him.
Soon I found myself walking towards him. I felt obliged. I felt that I needed to comfort him, he’s probably cold. The sun was shining upon me but he was standing in the dark and cold place. I started talking to him, I started to ask him but he wasn’t listening. Soon, he started weeping. He kept on whispering a name, probably of a woman, and after a little while, a name of a man. Everything was rapid, and everything was weird.
As I go near him words were starting to get clear but the elusive image of the man didn’t change at all. I patted his back as he started rambling, he was hurt, frustrated, disappointed. He was saying that this man loves a woman and that he loves that man. The woman’s name was ‘Hara’ and the man’s name was ‘Junhyung’. After that he knelt down and started wiping his tears. I tried to hug him but I couldn’t and I don’t know why.
He started vanishing right before my eyes. I shouted then I found myself falling in a black, cold, and suffocating place and then I realized, he and I are just one.
