An amateur astronomer took a short video of the International Space Station as it orbited 300 miles overhead.

That's really cool. One thing I don't like about living in a city is all the light pollution at night. I grew up in places where the sky was full of stars and you could even see the Milky Way. But the down side of that was I was living in the middle of no where.

I miss the stars, too. Growing up in the Rockies, I always had the advantage of being at least 4000 ft up, less atmosphere. 'Course, middle of nowhere was just a given.

You know, a small 100 watt transmitter up there on the space station beamed toward earth could have millions of listeners ... and there's no FCC to bust me.
