Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone, I had a really wonderful day and now my home is filled with balloons and flowers! :)
I've been working on figuring out a way to share some of my CC loaded lots, but I'm having trouble with identifying patterns. Does anyone know if there is a way in game to tell who made them? If you share TS3 homes with CC ( Read more... )

Don't worry, I forget everyones birthdays, I'm hopeless. As for the decorating - practice. I can't believe how much better I've gotten from when I started :D

Mindbogglingly magnificent as always, Beatdoc! Your decorating is such an inspiration to me. I love what you do with lighting, and you are the queen of detail. I look at your pics and just sigh in delight! Which sounds really cheesy, but it's exactly what I do! Heh.

Thanks Jen! I have a very big aversion to the lighting 'bloom' thing that was introduced with WA. It's better now with patches but still annoys me at times, so I take particular pains with lighting. Lol I think when I see your pics I get a silly grin on my face, I just enjoy looking at them :D

Happy b-day ;) I'm glad you had a good one. Patterns are extremely difficult. I think they get packed up with lots which makes it extra difficult. :P The room looks awesome, has a very african feeling to it.
