Gorgeous! I totally adore the look of the exterior, especially the yard. I might steal this look next time I need to build a starter house in TS2!

Thanks imi! My sims that moved into it only had a limited budget as I don't cheat with money. I do want to eventually add a nice back garden when they can afford it :)
