We were at a New Year's Eve party, and at the stroke of midnight, I began singing, "Auld lang syne"!  A few people looked at me like I had two (very gray) heads!  When did people forget this traditional song?

Well, that's a bizarre reaction for people to have. I just heard "Auld Lang Syne" sung in a movie and I cried... what was the movie... oh gosh I remember, it was "It's a Wonderful Life." I would cry anyway, but that song encapsulates the whole movie. Well, if I would have been there I would have sung too.
