Every year, I donate to the Ronald McDonald House, due to all the support they gave my parents while my sister was being treated for cancer when she was 5 years old. Merry Christmas to you, I doubled this year's contribution.

Thank you, she is, has been since she was 7. In the early 80s, not a lot of kids came back from this particular illness (rhabdomyosarcoma), and she didn't have much of a chance. Her doctors worked tirelessly to get her through almost two years of chemo and radiation, and the folks at the Ronald McDonald house gave my parents a place to stay when she needed treatment away from home. She's now a healthy 35 year old with an 8 year old son.
