Hahaha! What did you think of their cover of A Day in the Life? Not sure I agree about 8 Days, but they are the only band I trust to cover the Beatles with no questions asked.

same here! i'm not the op, but i thought a day in the life was brilliant as done by carl and pete. to me, they are the modern john and paul. if doherty would cover some more john lennon, i could probably die a happy fan(girl).

16. It's an English band called the Libertines and you can hear their version of 8 days a week here:

They have often been compared to the Beatles and the two frontmen had a very John/Paul kind of relationship, with everything that implies.

I listened to it and, damn - I really liked that version. It manages to be its own while still staying true to the original.

4.That picture of John always makes me laugh because I think he looks like a puppy.
8, 10 & 11. I am jealous of all of you that have these awesome Beatles dreams. I have had dreams about John and Ringo, but we were always just hanging out or something.
