21. Getting high is stupid.

maybe, but listening to them high is still pretty orgasmic, which feels pretty not stupid.

It's a fantastic example. I posted the lyrics to my own journal once and got a bunch of comments like "wow... I never realized what a depressing song this is... what ever made me think this was a happy, bouncy tune?"

14. I guess I'm kinda lucky that my boyfriend looks like John :)
25. That's kinda why I gave up on a lot of the Beatles fandom-comms. There's only one message board that I go on, and at that I haven't posted anything in weeks!

General comment: loving the Dhani <3

20. Yeah, let's be glad about Beatles communities dying. Sure. So much for unity. There are some crazies and unrealistics, true, but what are they hurting you? I'm so glad when I came to livejournal years ago when things were active. It was a comfort knowing I was not the only person who loved The Beatles, because where I come from there is NO ONE to relate with. Newcomers deserve that opportunity just as much as I did.
25. Okay.
32. Clearly you've never been to ontd_beatles on spam night.
36. I have a feeling if the roles were changed and Paul had been shot down or Ringo had died early of cancer, people'd be saying the same thing. It doesn't bother me anymore because that's how humanity is - overly critical and completely blind.

20. My thoughts as well. No one ever wants to talk to me about them and that makes me so grateful for these online groups! It's like Beatles therapy.

I know, right? Every time I even so much as mention something Beatle-related to my family, I have to excuse myself for the random info/crazy.
