In other news, the concert last night was awesome! Alex and Sarah and I had oodles and oodles of fun headbanging to Jimmy Eat World and Green Day, even though there was a girl in front of us who kept turning around and laughing at us until Alex yelled at her and I flipped her off and Billy Joe Armstrong kept yelling out "NEW ENGLAND!" like he had to reassert that that was actually where he was. But in any case, it was a blast. And I heart Green Day.
My family went to eat dinner with this other family that we're friends with (whose daughter was my first friend ever and whose son is almost exactly my age and of whom we have plenty of pictures from when they used to come to our house in Vermont and we'd all take baths in one of those kiddie pools...keep in mind that we were about two years old, so it wasn't that sketchy), which was cool, even though the daughter (who goes to MIT and is a freaking genius) wasn't there because she was working. But Josh and I hung out with the son, who is 6'8", no exaggeration whatsoever, Josh and him discussing being a nerd and computer games while his little brother, who's like five years old, ran around and screamed his head off. Good times.
