Superman gets the title Man of Steel, but I noticed something as I was watching his latest movie: his steely powers are nothing compared to Lois Lane's. Yeah, Superman deflects bullets and lifts trains high above his head, but Lois is the one who's apparently unkillable.

i posted a movie mistake too, if u watch lois lane smoke her cigarettes have a big R on them, cuz it was filmed in australia

Woo! At least one person nerdy enough to get it. That was always my favorite scene in that movie, where she flings her around screaming "ay yi yi yi yi!" like Xena. It's awesome.

And, incidentally, was I the only person to think that the scene between Gandolf and Saruman in The Lord of the Rings was remarkably similar to "I've got Cherlindrea's wand!"?

OMG, that's the best part of that movie. I made a friend of mine watch it with me a couple of weeks ago and I freaked her out because I was reciting the entire script along with the actors. I had to explain to her that I've been watching that movie for, like, 18 years.

Billy Barty is my personal midget hero.

"Hmmm... Tempting, but, no."

And yes, when I saw Fellowship in the theater, I totally said "Your powers have grown in strength, Razelle" to my friend during that scene. She had no idea what I was talking about.

Ms Lane gets violently hit in the head eleven times during this movie
Isn't that a bit...excessive for a damsel in distress in a 2 1/2 hour movie? I guess Vicki Vale got off easy.

It's ridiculous how many times this woman gets beaten up. She has more action scenes than Superman does. Come to think of it, she has more scenes, period, than Superman does. They should probably change the name of the movie.
