I am really hit and miss with Neil Jordan's films. Company of wolves I remember very vaguely from childhood....dark woods, little red riding hood....

anyway, his new one, Breakfast on Pluto, is sweet in a strange and disjointed way.

I'll add it to the queue, I suppose. But after Company of Wolves I'm not sure how I feel about him.

Well, all I can say is avoid "In Dreams".

Angela Lansbury in a sex movie? That just sounds wrong. Please don't tell me she's the one getting banged all over the place. Also, how recently was this movie made? It's an oldy, right?

It was made in 1984 so Angela was still quite old (though not nearly as old as she is now. She's now so old that they'll only let her play the voice of Mrs. Potts in Kingdom Hearts 2), but that's fine because she doesn't have sex. She does get eaten though. Hope that doesn't give away the ending, but I suppose that she had to since it's the story of Little Red Riding Hood.

I LOVE that movie. it's trying so hard to be worse than Legend and somehow it succeeds.

also, Terence Stamp was the title character in The Limey, and he plays the transsexual guy in The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert (please tell me you've seen that).

Yeah, I've seen Priscilla, though personally I've always preferred To Wong Foo, since it makes up for John Leguizamo with Wesley Snipes. And nothing is better than him in a dress playing basketball. Nothing.
