These are lovely. And going home to Cape Breton seems far better than going home to Detroit.

My epic Canadian family probably isn't as colorful as yours, but we're currently gathered in BC from all over and everyone is gradually making their way through the copy of your book I got for Christmas. Thanks for these and all your comics!
