even tho I record singing, I feel so weird speaking on tape, hmm. I have to figure this out.

I thought about this assignment all day today... I was looking at crowds and talking to myself without the recorder... nothing I said seemed worthwhile. I feel really self conscious about this one.

yeah I feel that way on tape a lot. hmm. Maybe make a game out of it. See how many people you can get to stare at you. hehe. Stare back. Talk about them. lol. I don't know heh. I can't go out really so I would be talking to my cat in the backyard or something. I need a regular tape recorder too. I like the challenge tho.

the hardest part is finding a worthwhile subject. then finding the right mindset to speak.

Try freestyling a bunch of junk - you don't have to use all of it.

Maybe you'll find that the spoken parts you thought were good actually weren't, and some warm-ups that you thought were lame will get used.
