I too got a friend into Twilight about 2 weeks ago. We work together, and right after she finished the first, the next time she saw me she grabbed my arm and was like 'I have to talk to you!' I immediately knew...she'd been dazzled.

I love how Edward turned from being eternally grateful to Jake to being a protective father (and the 'son' bit... waaaaay too much)

I mean if The Volturi wanted to find Nessie and Jake then they would have, they have Demerti. Also, how would they have got away? They where in a field with a few dozen vampires.

I think Bella's plan was to kill Demetri, or have someone else kill him, as long as he was dead, they could never be found. Also, she wanted Jake to run with Renesmée while The Volturi were distracted, if they had tried to persue them, it probably would have turned into a fight.

I didn't like 'Renesmée' as a name at the beginning, but it grew on me, its original, and unique, just like Nessie. :)
