A brief rant, brought to you by physiology lecture:

The fact that doctors are not, as a general rule, scientists, is incredibly frustrating sometimes. I'm going through the section of our syllabus on blood flow through peripheral circulation, and there ARE NO UNITS. For anything. What the hell does a velocity of '2' even mean?

It's twice as much as a velocity of 1.
