Home. Tired. Delivered a sofa to my aunt and uncle's house.

Thinking about going running.

Lately, I'm running. I'm running more than I have in a very, very long time. Mixed with some jogging, walking, and lifting.

I run because I can.
I run because it reduces stress.
I run because it clears my mind.
I run because I feel fit.
I run because it feels good.
I run because I am alive.
