Star Island. Means the world to me. 
Since i've started going to star 7 years ago it's organization and staff devotion seems to have slowly trickled away. I mean, I haven't been on staff for all 7 years so I don't have an inside view of it all so i'm not going to make a solidified judgement, just an observation.

Our conference numbers have dropped

I think it was just really hard at first for everyone when we realized that everything was gonna be super different from previous years.
I love the people on staff and I have so much faith in you and Eric and the conference on the whole.

Thank you Laurel..This was written in bitterness...Eric and I are truely trying to do whatever we can to make this conference work. The staff re-organization was really for all of you guys....I'm just really sad all the things we're trying to do...seem to not be working...
