I think the biggest pain you'll have with Center City is just the long commute, and the annoying people, and SEPTA in general. H&M is near Liberty Place which is pretty safe. The R train stations are pretty safe at night, but it is Philly.

There's two, the one on Chestnut (Liberty Place), and there's another one on Walnut.

And yeah, it IS Philly.

There's an opening in Plymouth Meeting and North Wales. Try those.
