There's a fat groundhog in the back yard, and it's being ever so helpful by eating the weeds near the old vegetable plot.
I love groundhogs!! Sometimes I wish I could have one for a pet. But that's the kind of thinking that can ruin a species. -

Now that the early-blooming flowers have died back, it's time for maintenance, so I spent the morning with Mom, weeding out the back yard, the strip on the driveway, and the right-side yard.
