I'm told John Wayne bankrolled that film, which is a shame, as I like John Wayne. Maybe he was sensitive about gender issues because his birth name was "Marion" and people sometimes mistook him for a girl. And it's true, you never do know when the homosexual is about. Okay, sometimes you know.

Of course I am going to be your best man! (Don't interpret my delay as indicating hesitation, only lots of overtime at Mammon magazine.) I will even have a suit in which to be your best man, because the parents of the bride in the next ceremony I'm officiating are going to pay for it. I think vest rather than cummerbund, don't you?
