Housing Frustrations

So I have a question for the people of Fairbanks, whats the deal with housing?  I am currently looking for a place with 2 friends of mine (a couple) and between us we have 1 dog and some cats, our ages are a varied range but we are all students currently, though 2 of us will be graduating this year.  We are looking for a 2 bedroom, that allows pets
