my current plan is 600 calories a day except fridays when i get a crepe and a smoothie in addition on my way to work, on sundays when i can eat what i want (within reason).
as for exercise i'm going to the gym mon-fri for 2 hours. i do 20 minutes each on the elliptical, the bike, and the gazelle, followed by 5k on the treadmill (walking on an incline). saturdays i get off and sundays i walk the dogs a few miles with rob.

i'm not weighing myself again (if i can help it) until christmas when i'm getting this awesome scale.
