when you go to post an entry make sure it is in "rich text mode" (there is a little link at the bottom of the text box that you can click to switch to rich text mode) once you're in that mode there is a button that you can click on to post a photo. and then just put in the dimensions that you want it to be.
BUT! first you have to have a place to upload your pictures. like the website: www.photobucket.com go there and make an account (it is free) and then upload your photos onto that, so that you can post them using the url that it gives you.
