Recently, I've often wondered whether or not I should cancel this journal.  I just don't write in here anymore.  I don't know why, but I just don't feel the need to spill my guts that much anymore.  Probably because everything is going abnormally well.  The house is great, being engaged is great, and as much as I worry about it, I love my job ( Read more... )

Kevin and I are engaged.  It happened yesterday, on the beach in Guilford.  It was a perfect day, and we're very happy.

OK, time to go to work.

Kevin and I went to the Guilford Free Library Book Sale yesterday afternoon.  (The temporary location of said library is across the way from Globe Pequot.  Yes.) I wasn't really expecting much, truthfully, but...
I was very pleasantly surprised.  Books ranged from 50 cents to $7, with the bulk of them being between $2-$4.  I brought home a half-full ( Read more... )

Been a while since I've posted in here... things have been busy.

* Kev and I are working on the house a lot.  Buying, installing, etc.
* Job has been OK.  Not great, but OK.  Rush week is over, so I'm happy about that.
* Big interview on Tuesday morning.  Can't say where, cos I don't want to jinx it.
