Went to a beautiful, Spanish-style Catholic church yesterday at the foothill of a mountain in La Quinta.
Feel very tranquil here.
Don't want to leave.

So I'm leaving for CA in a few short hours...

Britney Spears shaved her head.
She looks terrible.
Normally, I couldn't give two shits about what this two-bit tramp does, but this time, I genuinely feel sorry for her.
She needs HELP.

I have a head cold... and I'm leaving for California tomorrow.

I haven't been sick all season.

Sarah Lawrence sent me a letter yesterday saying that my application was complete and I'll receive notification on March 20th.
Nervous now.
That's a month away.

So I'm going through all of my makeup (well, almost all of it... I have some more at the house that I have to get soon) and I realized something: I should make an inventory of all the shit I have.

At the job.
Trying to get used to things.
It's not easy on account of the 10 phone lines and constant calls.
I screwed up a few things, and angered a few people.
But it is my first day.
I'll just keep plugging away.

After looking and looking and looking, I finally got a job.
I'm a receptionist at a small office in Cheshire. The pay is not great, but it's full-time and I'm going to be pretty close to my house so I can head home for lunch.
And... I start tomorrow!
AND... they're cool with my going to CA next Saturday!!!

Nothing new really going on right now.
I started working out at LA Fitness. Pain.
But I like it.
Today I did weights with a trainer. I'm a bit tired out from it, but I think I can do what I did today twice a week. I'll do cardio the other two-three days.
My official weight goal is set: lose 30-35 pounds by mid to late May.
