I'm tyring to sell an imported (from Asia) set of dvds--OZ THE COMPLETE SERIES S1-6. i bought these from half.com but i thought they were the Region 1 version. unfortunately, they were not and now the seller won't give me a refund; even though she didn't mention them being the asian version in her listing. so, if you or anyone you know might be ( Read more... )

That exact thing happened to me, when I purchased S3 QAF. My seller refused to pay a refund, even though they didn't mention the region.

I went to ebay about it, and they got the seller to give me a refund, as long as I was willing to return the seller the merchandise.

see, i don't know if i should file a claim or not. i'm writing the seller another email but i have a feeling they'll still say no to the refund.

Seriously, you have a case. After their next reply, if they still say no, go to ebay. I am pretty sure this happens quite a bit.

Just make sure you save the communication you've had with the seller, to send to ebay, etc, and it'll be fine.
